Lisa Quinones, a Professor of Nursing at Suffolk County Community College in Selden, is the Grand Prize winner in the Advanced Practice Nurses category of Cherokee Uniforms’ 2011 Cherokee Inspired Comfort Awards. Cherokee Uniforms, a leading maker of fashionable medical uniforms, picks from a pool of more than 800 nominees who have demonstrated exceptional service, sacrifice and innovation.
