Rocket Fuel

Long Island has a legacy of strong cocktails—Long Island Iced Tea anyone? But there is another knockout adult beverage straight from Fire Island and a standard for bars across the barrier beach: Rocket Fuel mixed drink. Don’t let the sweet taste fool you, this one packs a wallop!

Ingredients:
1 shot Vodka
1 shot Tequila
1 shot Rum (Bacardi 151 for the brave)

Mix rapidly and serve in glass with crushed ice. Coconut mixers or amaretto can be added to up the flavor ante.
