Income Tax Cocktail

Sometimes at income tax time, a stiff drink is the only thing that adds up. Hello Income Tax Cocktail. The mixed drink is the offspring of the Bronx Cocktail, which is a Martini (gin and vermouth) with orange juice added. The Income Tax further augments this combination of bitters.

Bottoms Up:
2 oz gin
¼ oz sweet vermouth
¼ oz dry vermouth
1 oz orange juice
Angostura bitters to taste
Orange twist for garnish

Pour the ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the orange twist.
