[extended inhalation, trouser adjust, sip of Shipyard Brewing Company Blue Fin Stout, continue.]
THREE different cheese-and-cured-meat boards (Italian, Spanish, French) on antique timber, with selections like d’Affinois, a buttered, whip-like double-creme soft cheese, and a 24+ month-aged prosciutto from Fratelli Galloni.
[sips of Garnarcha de Fuego. phew.]
Though our pre-opening visit and small plate samplerthon at new Salumi Wine and Tapas Bar concluded about twelve hours and thirteen days ago, the tummy is happystuffed. Still.
Ask Anthony Jacobs about the handclaps.

Agreed, John! Place is great.
While only open for a short time, it seems this place has it all figured out. Service was great, fodd was even better and while its a tapas and WINE venue, they still offer a wonderful selection of beer (which is great for people like me!). Simply put, Salumi should be a stop on everyones journey.
