Description: American-style pale ale. 5.60% ABV. This is the last batch we brewed at our old brewery before turning off the burners, so of course, this beer is bittersweet. With a balance of bright, citrusy hop notes and soft, bready malts, the name also refers to its flavor transition from bitter, to sweet, then back to bitter, for an enjoyably dry finish.
