Acerra, who compiled Market Bistro’s beer portfolio, comprising seven drafts and 10 bottles, has instituted an amalgam of constant and revolve.

“We’ll rotate beers seasonally, but staples are definitely important,” said Acerra. “We also want to support our local breweries, so expect Barrier Brewing Company and Blind Bat Brewery to pour frequently. However, that doesn’t mean we won’t have a California-based IPA, as well.”
