Works are an articulation of visions brought by the artist’s transcendence from the present to profound impressions in her memory. Though she doesn’t know it at the time. Her motivation is to divorce from the ego and channel her creatures. Each work is a unique decanting of the artist’s emotional and psychological mosaic. Pink is a constant visitor, punctuating the mosh of the artist’s inculcated memories. There is an earthiness too, like artifacts ground into each other and affixed to the paper. The works are meaty, but let you see through them, past their surfaces and to their point of origin where viewers are introduced to their own ghosts.
